Spa Motors

Aim: To create a video for the website cover that showcases both sites and features utilising lots of drone footage.

In 1979, at the tender age of 14, founder Steve Mills, with the assistance of his parents, established Rhayader Tyres, providing tire services to the local community. Over time, the business expanded its scope to include various mechanical and servicing offerings. In 2003, the endeavor diversified into vehicle sales under the banner of Rhayader Four Wheel Drive, setting the stage for the launch of Spa Motors in 2019. Within two years of opening its initial location in Llandrindod Wells, Spa Motors unveiled a second site in Brecon on December 1st, 2020. Cameron, Steve’s son, joined the team in 2016, playing a pivotal role in Spa Motors’ formation and rapid expansion from one site to two. With a third site on the horizon, Spa Motors’ growth trajectory continues, signaling a promising future with endless possibilities.

Production

Creating the website video for Spa Motors was an exciting endeavor that allowed us to showcase the unique features of their business in a dynamic and engaging manner. With a specific request for drone footage both during the daytime and at night, we embarked on capturing the essence of Spa Motors’ operations from a bird’s-eye view.

Following an initial discussion, we recognised the importance of highlighting key aspects of the business, such as the valet bay, workshop, and body shop. We approached the project with a customer-centric mindset, considering what potential buyers would find most appealing. This guided our decision to showcase the diverse range of services and facilities offered by Spa Motors, providing viewers with a comprehensive understanding of the business’s capabilities.

In addition to showcasing the interior of both sites in Llandrindod Wells and Brecon, we utilised aerial perspectives to capture the vast array of vehicles available. This not only allowed us to showcase the impressive inventory but also provided viewers with a sense of the scale and scope of Spa Motors’ operations. With creative control over the project, we were able to infuse our passion for storytelling into every frame, resulting in a visually stunning and informative video that truly reflects the essence of Spa Motors. Working closely with a local business like Spa Motors was a rewarding experience, and we are thrilled to have been able to bring their vision to life through our creative expertise.

As an added extra, we also updated their logo using a darker shade of blue upon request.
